All of our Soft Play Hire Equipment including our bouncy castle were purchased NEW by us from top industry leading UK manufactures built to meet BSEN 14960-2006/2013 British and EU Health & Safety Standards. Our bouncy castle also holds an annual PIPA certificate/test as required by legislation, meaning all of our customers can hire in confidence that your little ones/children will be safe on/using any of our Soft Play Hire Equipment. Here at Cushion Fun we operate a NO second-hand & NO Domesticated Soft Play Toy policy, meaning all of our hire equipment is durable and built to last, made from high quality 610gsm PVC material coverings being both non-toxic and fire retardant purposely manufactured for commercial use. Due to safety, we can only set up/inflate our bouncy castles outside if it's on (real) grass with the allocated area/space required; we are sadly unable to take bookings for/on concrete or tarmac at present;
we MUST be able to peg our stakes SIX (6) into soil to secure our bouncy castles down safely.
Please ensure that you have a large enough area for our bouncy castle to go in, there needs to be at least 1.5 meters or 4.9ft all the way around our bouncy castles ensuring our bouncy castles are not to close or touching nearby fences/walls, tress or any other obstruction, this is for all of our users/children safety; as this is one of our Number One Priorities - User Safety. For hall/venue hires the same 1.5 meters (4.9ft) remains the same all the way around our bouncy castles and in addition to this please ensure there is a least a 1 foot clearance between our bouncy castles and the venues/halls ceiling or hanging obstructions for example hanging/low lights, cables/wires etc. For indoor hires our bouncy castles will be securely anchored down using sandbags, again this is for all of our users/children safety - as user safety is always at the forethought of our minds.
